For the entire month of January we will sweat together, learn, sweat even more, and GROW! Yoga Strength intensive is for anyone at any level of practice. NO AMOUNT OF YOGA EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!

Together, we will go over + break down the basics of building a practice rooted in strength + endurance. As the weeks roll by, expect your practice to become stronger and progressively more independent! That’s the goal!! The ability to go home and practice with confidence + mindfulness in what you’re doing, is really what this journey is all about.

Our Month together will look something like this:
Week 1 – Breaking down Basics + Getting into the Flow.
Week 2 – Incorporating Balance: Strength + Flexibility.
Week 3 – Inviting Mindfulness into our practice.
Week 4 – Creating OUR Flow.
Week 5 – Embracing your individual practices.

Our classes are held every Tuesday + Thursday, starting January 3rd - January 31st, from 8:00pm-9:30pm. (Perfect for those of you with growing families and or the 9-5-work schedule.)
