Join author Alexandra Elle and yoga instructor Racheal Weathers for an invigorating movement and writing intensive. Preparing for the holiday season can bring to the surface a lot of different feelings for some, at this particular self-care session guests will be encouraged to lean into their emotions, take shape, bend not break, and find their voices through yoga and journaling.
Racheal will be leading 1.5-hour affirmation based yoga flow suitable for all levels and body types.
